Traveling Tips

  • The Distances

Let’s be real. You cannot explore Australia in only one or two weeks. In fact, not even three will cut it as it’s not just a country but also a continent hiding down below. Our advice? Explore a few areas at a time and, then come back for more.

  • Experience the Seasons in all its Glory

Due to its location in the southern hemisphere, the seasons are the opposite in the northern part than it is from the South. Be sure to pack for all seasons if you plan on travelling from the north to the south during your stay.

  • There is Nothing in Between it all?

There are incredibly large distances ranging from city to city and what’s more, take a drive to the middle of Australia and you might as well be stranded in the Saharan desert. It’s all wildlife and bush. Nothing else.

  • In case you missed it, Kangaroos are Huge

That’s exactly why you should look out for them. They’re everywhere and while they might be cute, they most probably don’t think you’re cute and might up kicking you if you get too close.

  • Educational Signs Everywhere

Although a lot of places in Australia have a wow-factor to them, even those who don’t have some sort of educational purpose behind them. As a traveller, you’ll get to know everything from trees to Australia’s extensive biodiversity. It’s quite big, to say the least.

  • Quality Food

Not to brag, but Australia has some of the best food in the world. We know every country brags about ‘their’ food, but it all comes down to quality ingredients and since Australia has not only European but also a variety of Middle Eastern routes in their genes, we know why. You’ll find every type of cultural food experience in the land down under. If that’s not a reason to visit Australia, apart from everything else, then we don’t know what is.
